Trumbull, Conn. (March 11, 2015) Novus LLC, a distributor of telecommunications and IP equipment, announced today Numonix is a new partner, and will resell its RECITE® software solution, which is qualified for Microsoft Lync 2013.

The RECITE software solution is a secure call recording and quality management system that merges traditional call recording functionality into a Lync based environment. It offers a number of software modules for users to easily search, playback and download their Lync recordings, as well as evaluate and manage employee communications. RECITE can be configure to record all available Lync call scenarios, including internal, external, PSTN, mobile, remote and federated calls.

The third party Lync qualified applications is trending upwards. According toMicrosoft, there are currently 57 applications qualified by Microsoft to work with Lync Server 2013, compared to 28 applications for Lync Server 2010. Those applications are developed to extend the native capability of the Lync Unified Communications platform.

RECITE adds a full suite of interaction recording features to Lync’s capability. “RECITE is a perfect solution for all industries where recording for compliance, transaction verification and records for evaluation of employee interactions are required,” said Michael Levy, President at Numonix. “Some examples are financial institutions, contact centers, brokerage houses, healthcare providers and government entities. We are also expanding into many other burgeoning markets, where compliance recording is a factor.”

In addition to Microsoft Lync, RECITE supports a wide range of other telephony infrastructures including but not limited to Avaya, Broadsoft, Cisco, SIP and many popular IP and TDM solutions.
